The Conifer Stay Ranot, brings this thought to reality. Located in an offbeat village named Ranot, at 7000 feet above sea level, around 25 kilometers from NH5, Rampur Bushahr. The road here will take you through lush countryside & picturesque villages, coniferous forest and a vast stretch of apple orchards.
This valley of Shimla hills is not in the list of 'Famous places to visit in Himachal' and is newly introduced to the tourism world by us.
So, when you come here you will feel more like an explorer than a tourist.

APPLE HARVESTING
In the months of August & September , our guests indulge in apple picking in our orchards. Other than this, it is a treat to the eyes to witness the beauty of apple orchards during the flowering period which starts in April and lasts till May.
BIRD WATCHING
Our guests who love birding spend good part of their day identifying the birds, some common,some migratory.
VILLAGE VISIT
15 minutes walk through the apple orchards, till the main village. For those who want to explore the Himalayan village life.

RECREATION ROOM
Table Tennis, Carrom, Foosball , Jenga , Dartboard - Games of your choice. This room can also be your group's party room. A guitar and a violin can be provided for the music lovers to make their evening more enjoyable.

These fairs/fesitvals happen during particular seasons depending on the mythological references or crop harvesting period. All these festivals are celebrated by following the traditional customs & rituals in presence of the devtas (local deities) , keeping the true spirit of Himachali culture alive.

Spend some time identifying the Himalayan trees like Apple, Chuli, Khurmani, Nashpati, Akhrot,Deodar, Kail, Baan, Mohru, etc. If you are lucky, you may even spot a Leopard, Bear, Fox, Pheasants etc.
